Whew! Today is the date of our website launch. It took a lot of hard work to get here, but Julia and I are proud to have made it. This week we went to our first wedding networking event and met a ton of wedding professionals that we hope to work with in the upcoming months. The only thing is, we were both so busy networking that we forgot to take a single picture even though we had one of our cameras on hand! Julia says our new events protocol is to take at least one video with our DSLR camera.
Today I'd like to share with you another one of my videos from my on-the-street interviews. I've had a major slow down in production on these videos in getting ready for the website launch, kind of a take-from-Peter-to-pay-Paul situation, but it's been great to take the time out to really focus on our business and hammer out final details with Julia.
The video I'm posting today is of a couple named Judy and Arnold. They go to City Park every morning to feed the ducks by the pond. That's where I found them that afternoon, with bags of bread by their feet in the middle of a frenzied group of ducks practically eating right out of their hands.
Judy and Arnold told me their love story, how they're engaged to be married. If only I had told them I'm a wedding videographer too! Yet another moment of forgetting. Oh well. Enjoy.
